These terms cover your use of Persona and any order you place. By using the site you agree to them.

The service
You can upload photos, choose people, and build and preview a personalised card set for free. You only pay if and when you place an order.
Availability
Persona is in early release and we are taking first orders in limited batches. Some options may show as “opening soon”, and an order is not confirmed until we send you a written confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and not charge you, or refund you in full.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. A standard box starts at £39, with optional add-ons priced at checkout. We may change prices, but the price you see at the point of a confirmed order is the price that applies to it.
Your content and photos
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them and to include the people shown. You grant us a limited licence to use them only to create and produce your set. We handle them as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts people without a lawful basis. We may remove content or refuse an order that breaches these terms.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, and the Persona brand are our property. The finished personalised set is yours to keep and use for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Cancellations and returns
Personalised goods are made to order. Where the law allows, your right to cancel may be limited once production begins. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your statutory rights.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
